Easy Returns at Freshpair

 

Return Policy:

  • If you're not happy, we're not happy.
  • We gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, odor free, and with their tags attached in original Brand packaging.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Original shipping fees if any are not refundable.
  • Items returned after 30 days and/or fall outside the return policy guidelines will be accepted at our discretion.
  • All clearance items, BOGO items and free items are not returnable.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days to fully process your return.

 

Return Instructions:

  • Simply return up to 5 items per order.
  • Replace the item(s) in the original Brand packaging in which it was received and include brand tags. (Please do not write on Brand packaging)
  • If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box.
  • To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, traceable method (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, Certified mail).
  • Please include the original packing slip in your package and write your order # on the outside of the shipping box or envelope so we can process your return faster.
